What makes your bread special?
We use simple, high-quality ingredients with no preservatives. Each loaf is made by hand and baked fresh to order. We focus on traditional methods and fresh ingredients to ensure exceptional taste and texture, reflecting the care from our home-based bakery.
What happens after I order?
Once an order is placed, we'll confirm pickup details, estimated ready time, and any delivery options if available. Since each loaf is baked fresh to order, we'll let you know the precise timing for your bread and share pickup location details. We aim for clear communication at every step, ensuring you receive fresh, homemade bread ready to be enjoyed. We can also provide tips on how to store your bread or the best time to enjoy it.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed through our online order form on the website or by sending a message to the.bread.basket.loaves@outlook.com or to (307) 258-2302. Each loaf is baked fresh to order, so placing your order ahead of time is best.
Can I order multiple loaves or customize them?
Yes! You can mix and match flavors, or request a custom loaf or sourdough loaf with your favorite sweet or savory additions. Just let us know your preferences when ordering.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend ordering at least 24–48 hours in advance, especially for custom loaves or larger quantities, to ensure your bread is baked fresh for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, or Venmo, arranged when you place your order.
Do I pay when I order or at pickup?
Payment is typically made at pickup, but we can arrange prepayment if that’s more convenient for you.
Can I split payment between multiple loaves or people?
Yes! Just let us know when placing your order so we can keep things organized.
What if my bread arrives damaged or isn’t what I expected?
We want you to be happy with your bread! If there’s any issue, please contact us right away at the.bread.basket.loaves@outlook.com or (307) 258-2302 and we’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or another solution that works for you.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled if you notify us with enough time before the bread is baked. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs.
How should I store the bread if I can’t eat it right away?
Keep your bread in a paper bag or wrapped lightly at room temperature for 5 -7 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze it — it thaws beautifully when you’re ready to enjoy it.
